Refund Policy

We only follow the shipping information based on what you have inscribed on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, damaged packages, or delivery errors because of incorrect shipping address.

Returns

We offer no hassle exchanges on all orders. If the item is wrong or a component is missing we will make the exchange as simple as possible. Should the order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly fix or replace it.

Also note that the colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual color of the garments and materials in real life. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a crafting error. If you would not like an exchange we can provide you with the total amount of the order in store credit on one of e-gift cards to use on another item or at a later date

If you changed your mind or just want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.   

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, follow the instructions below

  1. Contact us at contact@orgonewarehouse.com:
    • Your Original order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Send the item(s) back to us using any trackable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping costs of the item back to our warehouses will be paid by the customer.

In case a customer is asking to cancel an order (before the product is shipped to him or after it’s delivered and shipped back to the warehouses), a fee 10% will be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee of the credit clearing company.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@orgonewarehouse.com.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
